Cn WXF Tournaments Intro
Since 1990, the World Xiangqi Federation (WXF) has organized many tournaments. It has also co-hosted major tournaments. The following is a list of tournaments that the WXF has held.
- World Xiangqi Federation Championships
- World Xiangqi Open
The World Xiangqi Federation Championships started in 1990, and from 1991 onwards, it was held biannually. The 2021 World Xiangqi Federation Championships was not held in 2021 due to the Covid pandemic.
The World Xiangqi Open started in 2014 and has since been a biannual event. In 2020, the World Xiangqi Open was not held because of the Covid Pandemic.
