The American Xiangqi Association was founded in 2014, the current president is Zheng Shouxian, and the Secretary General is Mr. Hu Quan. There are a total of seven subordinates:
- the New York Xiangqi Association,
- the American Xiangqi Association,
- the New Jersey Xiangqi Association,
- the Boston Xiangqi Association,
- the Houston Xiangqi Association,
- the San Francisco Xiangqi Association,
- the Los Angeles Xiangqi Association.
